Delete Your Gymvanta Account
Gymvanta members can permanently delete their account and associated data.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to the Gymvanta member application.
- Open Profile and select Delete Account.
- Enter your password and confirm permanent deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email a deletion request from your registered email address. Include your Gymvanta Member ID and registered phone number so ownership can be verified.
Request Account DeletionData deleted
Your profile, login credentials, memberships, payments, invoices, check-ins, fitness and nutrition records, progress photos, trainer bookings, chats, and notification data are deleted after successful in-app deletion or verification of an emailed request.
Retention
Limited transaction or security records may be retained only when required by applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security obligations. Backup copies may remain temporarily until routine backup rotation completes.
